MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company SA anounced that the services linking North and Central Asia with Australia will be upgraded from mid-October.
This new service will be re-named ?ew Wallaby?and will incorporate the existing Panda Service which will cease operation at the same time.
Ten vessels will be deployed on the following port rotation: Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka, Busan, Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Chiwan, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, Sydney, Melbourne, Fremantle, singapore, Tanjung Pelapas, Fremantle, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Yokohama.
MSC plans to participate only on the leg from North and Central Asia to Australia and back.
This New Wallaby service will provide greater reliability and excellent transit times to the main markets in the Asia /Australia Trade.
